We love what we do
The Creative Journey
We have been sitting in our office, surrounded by butcher’s paper as wallpaper for eighteen months.
The journey started with an in-depth survey of our clients and our team, asking for a warts and all view on The Turner Group.
Several brain storming sessions loosened up with bottles of really good McLaren Vale Shiraz, proved to me all of us here have an awful lot of creativity and insight tucked away.
This is an exciting year for all of us as we use this wealth of information and learning to re-evaluate everything we do; both operationally and strategically. After the launch of our website and coming up for air after the ‘go live’ knuckle biting we have sat back (more wine) and thought about what we have achieved.
The challenges for us were how we captured the flavour of The Turner Group for clients who include line managers, HR professionals, procurement and suppliers to our all important candidate audience. We came back time and time again to our community, and dealing with everyone in the way we always have. Hopefully we have created a website that provides a flavour of who we are and what we can continue to do.
We are proud of what we have put together, the language is really ‘us’. We are happy we have caught the essence of what we do and what we feel about providing services to clients and candidates.
